Wiiware/VC Update + New Limited Edition DS

The one Wiiware game released today was Episode One of the five part highly anticipated “Strong Bad’s Cool Game for Attractive People”.  It will be rate at T for teen and cost 1000 points. Two Virtual Console games are also being released including “Break In” and “Star Parodier”. Break In is just your average billiard game. It will cost 700 Wii points and is available for the TruboGraphx16. Star Pariodier is a cute little spoof of the famous Star Soldier and is also 700 points for the TurboGraphx16.

Nintendo also announced a new limited edition DS Lite today. It will be a Pokemon theme featuring Dialga and Palkia engraved on an Onyx colored DS Lite.  It was also be available in Pokemon packs including many additional Pokemon accessories. This limited edition DS will be released at a starting price of $129.99.

Strong Bad Receives Official Release Date

“Strong Bad’s Cool Game for Attractive People” is officially announced for next week, August 11th. This humorous point-and-click game will cost 1000 points and come in five monthly episodes. With Strong Bad you can roam around the Homestar Runner world and rediscover all of the famous settings with endless jokes hidden around as you click on different parts of the screen.
