According to the US PS Blog, the inFamous Home Theme will be launching tomorrow, 7/2.
With this theme you can create your own graffiti with various tools and have it voted on by the PSN users. There is also a shooting minigame (like the Zelda one’s) where you use your electric powers to destroy targets.
