Netflix Coming To The Wii Within The Next Year?

According to Wedbush Morgan’s Michael Pachter, he claims that the recently announced PS3 deal with Netflix had to be tweaked and modified to ensure that it didn’t break the company’s deal with Microsoft and their exclusivety in offering streaming movie services on the Xbox 360.
He also mentioned that a similar deal will soon be made on the Nintendo Wii.
“We anticipate that a similar arrangement will be announced for the Wii in the next 12 months”, he said.
“We believe that the exclusive arrangement limits Netflix’s ability to appear on the ‘dashboard’ for the PS3 or the Wii, but because both devices have open architecture Internet browsers built-in, the solution proposed for the PS3 would likely not violate the terms of Microsoft’s exclusivity.”
Loopholes, I we love them.
