Reggie Says We May Not See Zelda In 2010

November 7, 2009 by Mark Barley

In bit of rather disheartening news, Nintendo of America bossman, Reggie Fils-Aime, said that the mega-developer has not committed to Zelda in 2010.

What that means in laymen terms: "Nintendo will disappoint the masses once again." Why are you shocked? Why would you be? This is the same company that has failed to capitalize on the success that Star Fox has had on past consoles, this is also the same company that has failed at bringing us a quality platformer in almost two years. At the very least this bit of information should get an eye roll.

Reggie, while smoking something and professing that Nintendo’s inferior 3D side scroller will out sell one of the most anticipated and highly revered games ever, just keeps giving us little gems that make us hate him even more.

He's really on a baby-punching roll lately, isn't he?

Ugh. Nintendo what happened to you? Sony is the same way it seems. Microsoft is clearly showing to be the best man. I was once upon a time a Nintendo fan. I loved the 64 and Gc and the wii was the first next gen i bought but I was disappointed by a lack of "great" games. Zelda was good but i honestly preferred the GC version. I haven't played Galaxy and plan to eventually but it doesn't look all that great. metroid prime 3 was my favorite and im stoked for other m and im also stoked for this zelda game which is delayed. Just like TP. Another disappointment was and is the sonic games. Unless Nintendo shapes up in the next gen I'm going with 360 more games more fun. Sorry for the off topic rant but i am fed up with Reggie and Nintendo.
