I would suggest game stores such as Gamestop, Hasting's will have them too. If all else fails check eBay; GC games are selling for pretty good prices these days (I bought the Sonic Mega collection for $6.50 the other day).

Its 17.99 at gamestop. I don't think that its too bad on ebay either. You shouldn't have to tough of a time finding it.
