Yes, well, ignoring the clever title on a more serious note: does character choice really matter? Now I know that character weight class does matter on the circuit and it affects what cars / bikes you can use, but do two characters of the same class have different overall stats? For example, Baby Mario and Dry Bones are both a small weight class, but does one generally have more speed, handling, acceleration, etc., than the other? I haven't really noticed any differences other than the vehicle you choose, but then again I haven't used all the characters. I would like everyone's opinion on this, and if they find some kind of guide to each character's stats, please post it in the thread.

i hope so... considering dry bones has no organs he'd be the lightest of all characters, making him accelerate fast, but have less momentum affecting speed, as well he'd be hit off faster...
on thje other hand since its a game and the physics are all messed up... dry bones has less weight then anyone else which might make him have better speed :/

yes character choice does matter every character in a weight class is unique in his/her own way for example the heavy hight class has a high weight stat a low accel stat and a high speed stat but some characters have more than others like funky kong he has way more speed then others but his accel is lower then others

yes they are different but i dont know what the miis stats are. i would like to know the difference with the miis to the original characters.

miis can be all 3 classes of racer, thats whats different about them...

it depends on your mii's weight class ...you know when you first make the mii it asks you for its weight and you can make it really fat or really skinny....well depending on what you put thats how it determines its weight class and it will get the attributes of that weight class
