ask nintendo support to help u. I was having the same problem and they helped me out and ti took only 10 min. go to the website and fill in a form for help and support this is your best bet.and they conntact u really fast.

i sort of have the smae problem but i get a wirless router inseted

"Not COnnected To Internet" when I clearly am.
My USB thinglet won't work. It keeps saying I'm not connected to the internet when I clearly am. Anyone have any idea whats up?
