I don't even think Nights should have gotten a sequel. I can't really comment on 40 winks because I've never played it, but Nights was crap when I first played in on the sega saturn.

Well that's a new one.
I loved Nights, when it came out it was very innovative and new. Haven'tplayed the new one yet though ...
