Custom Super Mario World (SMW Hack)

Warning! If you haven't beaten all of this game, this will contain spoilers

Super Mario World Hack is the original Super Mario World but it's under your control.
Some things you can do:
You can edit the levels
You can edit the overworld(that's where you pick a level)
You can edit the text and the title screen.

This is the program you use to make levels (Lunar Magic):

As you can see this is a custom level I created.

This is the Overworld that's in Lunar magic

As you can see I customized Yoshi's Island and Special Zone.

This is a little of me playing my own game:

I'm sorry to burst your bubble but it's illegal to make your own custom game out of this game, It's Copyright Nintendo.

BUT, If you already own the game (I Own it on my wii) then you are completely alowed to customize this game. (as long as you have paid for it at some point in your life)

Ok now, if you own this game on SNES or Wii or GBA then it's all yours.

I can't give you a way to download the file that is Super Mario World.
The file is a 'ROM' File which can only be played on an emulator.

Now you may be wondering "How am I supposed to find all the stuff to do this?!"

Well, I can give you everything but the SMW File itself. (I don't know how anyways so don't try to beg, it's just a game)

You can get everything you need by reading the instructions (Don't worry it's short and easy) which can be found Here

I have most of my games backed up on ROMs as well. I actually have this one on my comp so I'm going to have to look into hacking it!

That looks pretty cool. Although i've tried fiddling around with ROMS and but all I end up doing is screwing them up. Same goes for whenever I try to mod.

Making all of this work is almost the whole challenge.

other challenge is just playing your levels.

if you look and see that little rainbow star thing, that's the thing that changes all the colors of the level (Background, sprites, etc)

and with the music you look for sounds settings and you can't put in custom music but you can use music that's already in the game (That's like 9 songs)
