Not in order but probably my top 6. I could go on but the list may be too long.

Zelda: Ocarina of Time
F-Zero X - It was cool how many cars were on the track at once, and I really started to like the elimination game (took a long time to eliminate every car without dieing once) and I messed with ghost racing alot trying for high scores.
Mario 64
DonkeyKong 64 (4 player action was awesome too; guns were even included)
Mario Kart 64
and this one may not be as known but: Battle Tanks: Global Assault (The story mode was awesome and multiplayer was insanely fun, I hooked up my old 64 so I could play this with friends once in a while)

- Crap, I have to add Super Smash Bros as well, multiplayer was too fun; almost forgot about that one somehow!
