There were 2 versions--Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask.
If you have the first one,
PLAY IT NOW! It's easily the best game you'll ever play.
If it's the second one, you should play Ocarina of Time first
Just kidding. You'll still enjoy it, but it's nothing like OoT.
For your second question: You'll inevitably get stuck SOMEWHERE in either game. There's a ton of guides out on the internets, so just look up what to do if you do get stuck.
Third question: I promise you will love Zelda. Like I said, it's easily the best adventure game to date.
