I like the Bullet. It just saves me a few times in a race.
Also the little lightning cloud gives you a little pace boost before you get zapped which is probably mainly to do with the fact that the pace could give you a chance to give it to someone else.
I hate Blue Shells. It always has been a race-winning killer. I've been hit with too many of those lately.
