Dragon Quest Monsters: Jokers (pokemon style RPG)
The World Ends With You
Mario and Luigi - Partners in Time (great game)
Etrian Odyssey/Etrian Odyssey II (though that's pretty hardcore compared to other RPGs)
Those are basically the best RPG games that you don't have yet, just read the reviews of these games and go for the one that you like best
