Look I didn't say that Nintendo, Sony, or Microsoft were right they are not. I just think that there is more to the story. Even as expensive as it is to hire a lawyer team wouldn't Anascape have money from being hired to build and design the controllers or parts of them from all three of these companies? And if the parts were truly infringed and at which Anascape clearly had valid evidence against these companies what more do you need then the cold hard facts? I'm not denying that Anascape worked hard at this lawsuit they did and rightfully so they followed through in the court of law.
Another point even if they did not have the money to go through the lawsuit couldn't they have let the info leak (or just give) to big news sites like IGN, Gamespt, 1UP, or Kotaku? I find it hard to imagine that they would let news like that pass right by them and imagine how much attention Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft would pay attention to them then.
