If you were going to rob a store...would you rather rob a gas station and get a couple hundred dollars maybe a thousand and be set for a day or two...or would you rather rob a bank and get 40 - 50 thousand and be set for a couple months or a year....exactly Anascape robbed the bank instead of the gas station...more power to them....

Isn't there something wrong with robbing in the first place? And lets say that Anascape did wait till Nintendo "made it big" to get more money "from the bank" so you're going to tell me that it's right for them to get money off of someone else's success which in the gaming business is primarily based around software and consoles? Did Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft infringe? Yes, but does that make it any more right for Anascape to wait till the bank is full? I know I can't be realistic when I say this but It's cases like this that make me hope that the motive is not simpily money but because of the whole principle that this case is supposed to be centered around in the first place and thats copyright infringement and even more more important the law. Something in here tells me that two wrongs don't make a right.
