Did Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft infringe? Yes, but does that make it any more right for Anascape to wait till the bank is full? I know I can't be realistic when I say this but It's cases like this that make me hope that the motive is not simpily money but because of the whole principle that this case is supposed to be centered around in the first place and thats copyright infringement and even more more important the law. Something in here tells me that two wrongs don't make a right.
Yeah two wrongs dont make a right. I agree its not right to wait until they made it big

However that is business. Thus it is not right, in my book Da Ill One, to say shame on nintendo and more power to Anascape. Sure they did wrong, I agree, but if Anascape waited for nintendo to make it big before taking there money that makes them just as dirty. because that means they didnt even care that nintendo took the idea in the first place until they started making money off of it, and that is what it looks like to me. LIke Taco said, its all about the money and I hate that it has to be that way. Gamecube, no law suit (lets face it the gamecube didnt do so well), then the wii comes along, sells like hot cakes, boom! Law suit.

Is nintendo right for doing it, no. However I feel Anascape is a dirty little company that could not come up with an idea for there own product (if it is indeed theres) so they went after others money. And by the way I do not just feel bad for nintendo on this one. I feel bad for Sony and MS that got stuck in the same scam, im sorry "business plan"

I am not trying to go after anyone here, just having a friendly chat about different views on a subject. I just dont feel like it was right the way this thing went down, and no I do not support what nintendo did, but I dont support what Anascape did either. If you are going to take someone to court, take them to court, dont wait years (and we are talking years here) to do it.

I think both sides of the story has some good points
