I'm just stumped that it wouldn't give her a free month and any other gamertag I made for my friends got a free month X_X She didn't want to make a new one though because she already got a good gamerscore and like any normal person doesn't want to waste them after working for them

I hate asking for help, and honestly this is probably the stupidest thing I've ever asked for, so I wouldn't be at all surprised if no one helped lol
