truly all other controls are better then the wheel because you have better control.
but besides from the wheel there is not real advantage to each control setup it just depends which of them your used to. for me i am used to using the GC controller because i loved my game cube (T.T it kept in a box now thanks to my wii) but i played alot of mario kart double dash so im used to GC controller
