It's not quite as impressive as Bomberman '93, but it's unique among Bomberman games since it has computer-controlled monsters (instead of just Bomberman drones) that fight against the players.
I'm mentioning this, because I think it's far more likely that we'll receive the original Turbographx Bomberman rather than the original NES Bomberman.
Personally, I'd be more interested in seeing NES Bomberman II come for VC. That's one version of Bomberman that I've never played.
