nope no one was banned.... BTW 404 means "page not found"

a ban via .htaccess (hard ban) would report back a 403 error "permission denied"

404 means "Page not found"... Meaning that there's nothing for the browser to draw up since it was getting redirected to an invalid link.

405 (or 403, one or the other) does, however mean banned, I believe is what Tyler said.

Once again, it TELLS you that you've been banned.
