♥ OUR (XBOX) 360 IS BACK! ♥
It's been repaired (damn you red ring), and our baby is home again! Thankyou Microsoft!!  I'm actually really impressed with Microsoft's service. Before filling in the online repair form when the console originally red ringed I was in touch through email with a guy called Billy who was in hardware repair and help and he was great to deal with. He was prompt in his replies, helpful and very polite. The whole process of repair was smooth... |
