I miss my girlfriend. Today is our 5-year anniversary. Gosh! It's also the first anniversary we haven't been around each other. She called me around 7:00 this morning (9:00 for her; I don't mind), being all giggly over the phone, telling me about everything under the sun in her world. 'Twas very cute; it's a nice feeling, knowing that someone can prove that they really appreciate you rather than just say it.

Today was awesome! I was on the radio! Live!

But let me not get ahead of myself...let's start from the beginning. Friday, we dove into more communication mumbo-jumbo--specifically, the radio and it's history. There was some really neat trivia thrown in too, but I feel bad for the credited inventor, Nikola Tesla. Tesla may have invented the radio, but many of his other inventions were cast into the shadows created by Edison and his lightbulb and electrical know-how. Did I mention the...

In regards to the internship--the topic this blog is usually about--nothing really happened today. There was another writing forum (voluntary this time). I left about halfway through to hop in the cold pool. I've somehow developed a nasty sunburn on...

Right to business. Let's start with yesterday.

Yesterday there was a writing forum. Here's the basic idea: We had to write a response/story to various scenarios (reminds me of The Friendly Alliance ^_^) 15 minutes per scenario, seven scenarios. If you're in The Friendly Alliance, be wary: I'll be using each of these scenarios in our group. So you'll have to just wait and see what they are!

After the forum, I and a couple other people had a party at Carl Jr.'s fast food...

Let's continue from my last blog, shall we?

We got a bit more stuffing at the aquarium for our submission, which we turned in yesterday. It was pretty much the same experience as Sunday, except we took it more seriously this time around. We watched the sea lions again. There were these three babies that kept chasing each other, hopping in and out of the water and onto the rocks. So cute! Unfortunately, Skink wasn't there, so no lulzy AAAARRRRGGGGHHHHs...
