So, for my holiday vacation, I had Thanksgiving with my girlfriend and her folks. After the food (the stuffing was pretty beast), her parents surprised us by taking us to Magic Kingdom in Disney World in Orlando. Normally I wouldn't mind the trip, except that it was a holiday and we arrived at the park the day after "Black Friday".

Oh. Dear. God.

Right when we got out of the van I knew it wasn't going to be the best day ever. The parking lot was jammed packed...

With all the writing hubub going around the blogs lately, I've decided to throw in my own work of fiction.

Anyway, as said, it'll be fiction. I'll probably do a chapter update every...four days, perhaps? The only thing I have to decide on is what to write, which should be simple enough (won't be fan fiction or anything; only a completely original and fresh idea for the story).

Dog Drives Van Into Coffee House

Really? Yup.

I recently found a wonderful little book called "Barack Obama is your new Bicycle" (seen it?). It contained a bunch of quirky "facts" in a fashion that isn't unlike the infamous Chuck Norris jokes about how much Obama cares for you. Wanting to test the waters, I've written some myself in a similar fashion. I'm just hoping they aren't in the book already >.> Enjoy?...

So I'm sitting here with a cup of hot chocolate, killing a half hour before I drive off to my bowling league. As I'm browsing Wiispace, notably Open Topic, I see a grim reality: Out of all the non-stickied topics on the first page, there are only two topics that either do not contain a link or are based entirely off a news article copied and pasted off another site.

Maybe this isn't my ground to tread on, seeing that I'm not the most active member for many reasons, but another issue...
