jsut got back from a 50 mile bike ride with my scout troop.

it wassnt a hard ride since we were on toepath the whole time, and we got to break for lunch and for ice cream

but the last 15 miles was killer for me, i hit the wall, i was 100% drained, it was all i could do to peddle. i had to wait for small burst of energy to get me through.

it hurts to sit down

i hate bike seats, would it kill schwin *i know i misplled this*to make...
