Ok, this is more of a vent than a blog (or are they the samething)....anyway, my tooth has been bothering me the last couple weeks....same tooth that i chipped on a motorcycle handlebar over 30 years ago and had a root canal on (way back then they used silver, this is now a no-no) said root canal went bad about 6 years ago and i went to a "special" dentist that only works on bad root canals an "endodonist" . ....45 minutes and $800.00 later he had "repaired" said root canal, ........but wait, there's more!......around 3 years after said "repair" tooth started up again so back to Mr. endontist again, "well, we can try again i guess" ......30 minutes and $800.00 later (he has gotten faster, but not cheaper) said tooth was again "repaired".....not so fast,....NOW with mr. tooth hurting me i get another xray and am told by Mr. endontist that he cant fix it a third time.......have to pull it and do an implant.....but wait, there's more.....because of his previous work there is not enough "bone" up there to put in an implant and i'll have to go to an "oral Surgeon" for an extraction plus bone graft.........$2000.00 for said graf and extraction THEN after it heals $1500.00 MORE for the actual tooth........****-ME!!.
I may just get drunk and pick a fight to see if somebody can knock that sucker out for me then buy a box of "chicklets" and stick one in there.......
