Okay, I took a compass test to get into college and got pretty high scores. (The counselor said it was the highest he has ever seen; well next to my brother's scores :/ ) Nearly everyone in my automotive classes seems to be having to take remedials. I mean, how did they get a high school diploma if they don't know how to do some simple algebra? Are the standards really that low for public schools? Okay. For engine class we have to take apart an engine and do several tests on it to see if it is okay to use or does it have to be fixed. We each get a partner to work with, but my partner hardly does anything so I end up doing most of the work myself. I'm not complaining, but I am worried about him. Well, I was playing Little Big Planet last night, and I got to say that it is a lot of fun. The videos don't do it justice really because of all the variety and unexpected surprises. It is a lot more social that I thought it would be too.
