Jobs these days are hard to get if ur looking for a good paying job that is and not fast food. I was a welder for a year and enjoyed the work i did but at the end of 08 the company started getting real slow and i could notice. One day i was just working doing my own thing you know then one of my co workers came up to me and told me they were laying off people and they heard my name in the mix. Yeah tell me that doesnt make you mad.. anyways i wasnt believe'n it so the next day they kept talking about it so i was going to find out for myself. I went up to the supervisors office and set down and talked to him he said sadly i was one of them which kinda made me mad as it would anybody else. So i straight up told him if they were laying me off i said to do it today.. After that i packed my stuff out of my locker and preceided to walk out . I was kinda stoked to be layed off but then again it sucked at the same time bc i was jobless.

Well for the past six months iv been on unemployment looking for a job. Iv been searching and nobody is hiring for the amount i was getting paid and no im not working at fast food. Then today yes today, one of my friends told me there might be a job opening for a where he works, and yes i already put my app in. So im just waiting on the company to call me and let me know they want me to work for them. I know they will call me asa theres a job opening my App is in the front.

But the moral of the story is ever sense the economy has been bad its getting hard to find a job and i hope you guys never run into this kind of trouble.
