This entire blog is going to be a rant with the exception a tiny bit at the end where I will discuss an entirely unrelated game. But I am downright p.o.ed right now and I swear I'm going to burst out at this kid if I don't rant it on out. And before I start, I don't one one single comment about cursing, because I don't give a crap. That's how ticked I am.

So we're going to call this kid Jimmy because Jimmy sounds like the name of a kid who would be this frigging annoying and at the same time have enough of a limited vocabulary to be able to spell every 4th word in a paragraph wrong on such a level that it supercedes english and proceeds straight to WTF.

As some of you know, this is not the only forum I moderate. No, I will not be posting links or details, we are going to leave it at that. But needless to say I encounter my fair share of people I like, and a fair share of people that really need to get a smack across the face. Jimmy is the latter.

Jimmy, for the most part, seems like a fine fellow. Does his homework, does alright in school, get's along with people, etc etc. However, lately, Jimmy has become quite arrogant, to the point where he's telling mods off about things that they're doing. He's avoid doing this to me yet because frankly, on some other forums, I'm not quite as nice as I am on this one (Take a momentary pause to calm down your laughter, then continue reading ). That has more to do with the mood of the boards than anything else, but nonetheless, he's becoming quite a bum about it and people are noticing. We speculate that he actually wants to be a mod and thinks that by telling people off he's proving he could do it...except he's telling them off for things that they don't need to be told off for, which we promptly correct him on.

Which leads me to the other thing that annoys me about Jimmy. As many of you know, I am not christian, I don't believe in god, so on and so forth. I, however, have no qualms with christians, or any religion for that matter. What I do have a problem with is when people decide they are nicer, more deserving, and just generally better than everyone else because of their faith. This pisses me off because it's a sign of arrogance and ignorance, sometimes within a sentence of one another. And then they somehow manage to pull it into every conversation that's so unrelated to religion it could make your head do a loopity-loop, shoot down your throat, and come out your rear. So when the mods tell him to stop telling people off for things, he gives us at least a paragraph of text explaining why the bible says he's a good person and how we should be following the bible when we make decisions on what to do with our modly powers, and when we decide who to make mods.

We've given him a 4 day temp ban because he actually flamed 2 mods for asking him to kindly stop spamming a thread about Sonic the Hedgehog with what was 4 or 5 posts trying to get a religious argument started up that ended two topics ago (there's a rule where if the topic hits 10+ pages, it gets closed and you make a new one, so nobody has to read through 100 pages of text).

So anyways, I recently purchased the Spore Creature Creator, and I've got to say, anyone who likes PC Games should buy it. It's only 10 bucks and you'll probably get a discount when the full Spore releases, but it's one of the best time wasters I've ever seen. I probably have upwards of 50 creatures made now and ready for when I buy actual Spore. You can also get a free trial from their site, so try it out first, but the 10 dollar full creature creator gives you so much more to work with that it's worth the money. If you don't know what Spore is...wikipedia it or something.

Also finally started playing CaveStory again. You should probably wikipedia that too, and if you like the idea (it's one of the best games I've ever played), find a download of it somewhere. It was only ever released in Korea and the english patch version was always free, so no illegal shenanigenry there.
