How the ladder works:

You have to beet the person that is rank #16 in the clan and keep going until you reach the highest rank you can get in the clan.Also you will have about 24 hours to respond back to the person you are challenging or the other person gets the spot but the other person still has a chance they have to wait 3 hours until they can challenge the person.
