lets face it the other one is dead and 83% of all the pp lthat belong to it are eighter banned or no longer active...realizing i was the highest ranked member left i decided to break away and form this clan.

now on to ranks.
the leaders will be hokages. so far i think im gunna set it up to ahve 3 kages...me being one of them.

now onto jounin to become a jounin u must show deadacation to the clan and the site. u laso must have 2 of 3 votes from the kages to advance to this rank

now onto chunin you must have aleast 10 post in this thread. be a good member of the clan/ and forum. must ebe helpful. and help orginize events for the clan

now onto genin. you must do the steps and sign up as i have writen

Anbu- to become anbu u must show great dedication to the forum/clan. and recruit 1 member. as well as be voted on by the entire clan.

ninja academy students. this is for people who arent sure if they want to be a member yet but are here to post and see what its like.

events- i havent put much thought into this yet but the naruto clan wll offer its help to site to host events. more info will come as the clan growns.

now lets pick charcters. they can be pre exsisting or fake. also know if u pick a jounin charcter like kakshi this wont automaticly set u at jounin. or any rank for that matter.

ok heres my charcter -hes made up-
his name is Agravain3. he ws once a member of the Anbu speical forces balck ops. he left all of that for the girl he loved Tokoshi. he quit the anbu black ops at age 25 got maried to tokoshi and made a family. now he rules the villiage hidden in the abbys as the kokokage. he is a white male age 26. not much is known about his past, or family tree but it is said he comes from a great line of fighters.

i am 15, a genin with extreme capabilities. when in life threatening situations (to me or ones i love) i become partial demon. this is a great advantage when using my sharingan. i am also well rounded in ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu. i also move at extreme speed.

Signature Move: Rage of the Whirling Winds
Best Finisher: Rigleiff uses Dash of the Flowing winds to accelerate at the enemy with great speed. Then he uses Blade of the Screaming Winds while already moving at high speed. The result is deadly.

Character relations: Agravain3's best friend. His apprentice is Demon Master Khorne.

History:

Rigleiff Grew up with just his brother Bass, his parents were dead since he could remember. He lived in a small village in the mountains, until one day it was raided by evil ninja. Rigleiff wandered out of the village, and returned after the attack was over to find it in ruins. His brother was not amongst the dead, but he was nowhere to be found. Not knowing where to go, Rigleiff wandered aimlessly until he passed out, only to find that while passed out, a ninja scout had found him and taken him to the Hidden Village of the Abyss where he was adopted into the village as a warrior. He graduated from the Academy with top marks in only a year. His favored weapon is the Greatsword, and his favored technique is the Barbarian rage. Known to him as the Rage of the Whirling Winds. Suptu Okota is a person who lived so long past that his existence is only known to Rigleiff and Bass now. He was a famous warrior, and the inventor of the Blood Trait Justu: Rage of the Whirling Winds. He eventually rose to the special Kage rank, but in the Hidden Village of the Abyss, that makes him only one of the three highest ranked in the village. He has an apprentice named Demon Master Khorne.

Technique info: Rage of The Whirling Winds

Rage of the Whirling winds is similar to Rock Lee's gate opening jutsu. It puts him into a mad rage that doubles his strength and triples his stamina. While the jutsu takes Chakra to use, it gives him access to a reserve of Chakra that more than compensates for what is lost in activating the jutsu. Unlike Rock Lee's gate opening attack, however, the tax on the person using it is not physical, it is mental. The longer a person uses this, the more their ability to think and reason fades away. After enough use, they can become unable to distinguish between friend and foe. Fortunately, this techniques effects end immediately when the jutsu is released. Using this jutsu to its fullest requires using a special fighting style that incorporates a variety of spinning attacks. These spinning attack are what earned it its name "Rage of the Whirling Winds"

Technique info: Blade of The Screaming winds

This is one of the only 4 Ninjutsu Rigleiff uses. It pulls the air away from in front of his blade, causing the blade to streak forward with several times its normal speed. A powerful air flow also follows the blade if it cuts, causing air bubbles to flow into an enemy's bloodstream on a successful hit. The air is not enough to kill, but it causes someone's chakra flow and points to be affected randomly. Its chakra use is close to that of Chidori. This Jutsu gets its name from the signature screaming sound released by the vibrations into the air from the rapid change in pressure.

Technique info: Cries of the Dying winds

This jutsu is the end all, be all. It manipulates the air, creating a total vacuum around an enemy, and around the vacuum is a sphere of air so dense that it is solid and visible. Like shikamaru's shadow jutsu, the chakra it takes depends on how long it is used. But, even in prime condition, he can only hold the jutsu for 10 minutes. Barely long enough to suffocate even the most exceptionally trained ninja. Since air manipulation is complex, he is extremely vulnerable while using this jutsu. He is currently trying to make a similar version that shields him from attacks as he uses it, but as of yet, its immense chakra use speed has rendered it ineffective. This got its name because of the way those trapped in it often scream themselves to death much longer that suffocation would kill them normally. He uses this only as a last ditch effort, since it is an somewhat morbid attack, and a very risky one to use. This effort has other flaws as well. As the air is forming, a skilled ninja can sense his attack and escape from the sphere before it has formed enough become solid. By using this technique at the same time as Dash of the Flowing Winds, he can keep himself mobile while using it, sadly, the extra chakra use reduces the time he can uphold the jutsu to a mere 6 minutes. This is still enough to suffocate someone, but not enough to take down ninja of Junin,Anbu or Kage rank.

Technique info: Dance of the Cruel winds

This technique creates 1 or more (no more than 5) razor sharp disks that fly at the enemy, slicing them to bits. Whats the catch? Since they are made of air, they are invisible. They can only be seen with vision jutsu that allow you to see chakra, such as Sharingan and Byakugan. The blades are fast and effective. Nothing is better at what they do. Sadly, he can only maintain them for 30 seconds divided by the number of disks. So if he is using all 5, he has only 6 seconds before his chakra is depleted and he is defenseless. While the disks are fast, they can be avoided, but only by the few who can see them. This is Rigleiff's newest technique, and he only recently perfected it.

Technique info: Dash of the Flowing Winds.

Rigleiff shows great interest in Kawarea's Air Riding jutsu, but has been unable to create a perfect mimicry of his own. His attempts to mimic it resulted in "Dash of the Flowing Winds". This jutsu creates a track of slick solified air that can only be seen by its user, or someone else using Byakugan or Sharingan. Rigleiff can slide across this with amazing speed. Unlike the Air Ride Jutsu, this cannot be used to get off of the ground. While it seems like a retreat tactic, its quite an offensive ability. In Rigleiff's most memorable battle, he used this combined with Blade of the Screaming Winds to make a terribly powerful charge attack. An interesting trait of this Jutsu is that by controlling it carefully, he can move around on it at full speed without moving his legs. This way he can brace for a charge in a solid stance and speed forward at full speed despite it. By combining it with Blade of the Screaming winds, this makes a fearsome finishing move.

Team attack jutsu: Hades' fires on the Burning winds

Rigleiff uses his expert mastery of Air jutsu to make wads of air so dense that they hold an enemy immobile. While he holds them still, he makes a trail of air with great density leading to Master Khorne who begins with a Fire Jutsu. The air ignites, creating a hellish flame that engulfs anyone held immobile by the technique. Aside from this, after the air is burnt away, it leaves a pocket of airless space that Rigleiff and Master Khorne can both leap into with expert timing to attack a survivor from both sides. Since they are leaping into a low air density space with what feels like a wall of air rushing behind them, their leap is hastened to an inhuman speed. The resulting blow from Rigleiff's sword and Khornes chain is a terriying combination. This technique is powerful, but can only be used if Rigleiff and Khorne are both in the battle together and prepared to initiate it. It works best with a third person ready to fight off enemies as they prepare for it, as they must both stand perfectly still for 3 seconds as they begin it so they can prepare and synchronize their movements.

Fighting styles:

Rigleiff uses his Rage of the Whirling Winds jutsu in nearly every battle. Combined with his prowess with the Greatsword, thats all that he needs in most battles. His fighting style is very hard to mimic, and is nearly impossible without the Blood Trait Jutsu: Rage of the Whirling Winds, which got its name for the odd spinning attacks he uses while in the technique. He uses Dash of the Flowing winds often, as it makes him very mobile, and can be used to spin around an opponent with his attacks. His famous signature finisher uses Blade of the Screaming Winds with Dash of the Flowing Winds for a lightning fast attack. He uses his 2 other jutsu only against the strongest Ninja, because they are extremely cruel and nearly always lethal. Rigleiff is a Kage level ninja for a good reason.

Appearance:

Height: Tall. 6 feet, 3 inches.

Rigleiff is a very broad person. During missions and battles, he wears a black cloak over his armor with the hood down. He has a scar on his face, but during missions and battles it is covered by a mask made to look like a laughing man.


Personality:
Rigleiff Okoto is proud of his heritage, even if no one else has heard of it. He is also good hearted and will not tolerate the injury of innocents during missions. He is even reservative on his use of the Whiling Winds Jutsu when there are innocents nearby. In this regard, Allies do not count as innocents because they should know better than to get too close while he is in this Frenzied state. He looks forward to fighting. It is not killing that he enjoys, but the thrill of the battle. This is one of the reasons he dislike using his Cries of the Dying Wind jutsu, since the enemy seldom has a chance to fight back.
