Actually, shooterman, there is no vote needed for a chunin advancement, only a nomination from one of the Kages. Thats all. I specifically requested they vote in your case previously because I know you in real life, and therefore my opinion would be biased. So you have the chuunin advancement as of now. No more discussion is needed in that regard.

OK, lets see how much extra time I have..... I'm DM'ing again, so here goes.

"..... ok, now that everyone's awake and hopefully not hung over...... we need to continue to Grass Country. Now," I say as I drop from my tree, landing silently. Through my hooded cloak I look around at the drunken ninja.

not me! Rigleiff is sober becasue his beer tasted like pee. He takes advantage of the situation by convincing the drunk half of the team to stand in front of him in marching order, that way, if someone throws a shuriken at him REALLY HARD, odds are it wont go through all 3 of his teammates, thus blocking it.

He also prepares to use the cancel jutsu as soon as anything REALLY strange happens.

I roll my eyes at Agravain, who was the only drunk ninja, as he staggers out of his tent, clearly hung over.

And I guess that means that we are now on the move (for the sake of some long overdue plot advancement)...

Rigleiff uses his plot device jutsu as they are moving forward to make some story advancing thing happen...

Almost like a narration from bluewarwolf that presents some sort of problem, that the party must solve using only their jutsu list, chakra, weapons, and creative problem solving skills.

The party of half hung-over Ninja make their way to Grass Country slowly. Night falls again, and the now-sober ninja get ready to settle down for the night. I hop back into a tree, sipping my Monster energy drink. Suddenly, I fall back down to the ground, unconscious from some sort of smokebomb that someone threw.

I quickly don my facemask to protect me from the smoke and carry Kawarea away from the smoke cloud.

(I told you that plot device jutsu would come in handy!)

I use some simple air control to push the possibly toxic gacious cloud away from Kawarea. (That will probabaly take chakra, but oh well).

I also prepare to pin and use the Chakra Drain Jutsu on the first enemy I see to keep my chakra reserves at their prime.
