It's alright if you don't. I'm going to migrate my Blastoise tonight in hopes I can give the Feebas's some good moves. V.V Let's pray Milotic is fertile because ya know how they sometimes do that cheap thing where the baby is suppoed the stronger pokemon, I tried making a Togepi by putting my Lv.52 Togetic with a Lv.30 Clefairy and I got a Cleffa. -_-
