Words in Words

[Wired Cous]

This game is where one poster posts a word and then the next person has to find three words in that word. They also have to pick another word.

Rules
You can't use proper nouns.
You can't pick a word someone else has already used.
All words found must be at least 2 letters.
Make sure it is possible to find that many words in the word.
No adding s onto a word, for example if the word is carnivals you can't have car and cars, you can only have one of them.
Just use common sense.
