Gender Icons

I think we should have a simple gender icon under our avatars, as cornyjohn suggested. Because a bunch of people never knew I was a girl xD

Thoughts?

EDIT: I know there was a thread like this on the third page, but it was locked, so I just wanted to bring up the idea again.

yes but it should be optional. some ppl might not want others to know their gender (for privacy reasons) and other times it would simply not be necessary

I agree, sometimes I dont know what to say, he/she wise. Like in Spyder's case. I didnt know shes a she...I found out the hard way.

I would think it would be possible...but I'm sure wiispace would be able to add a custom profile field, which would be gender, and just add the option for it to be shown on topic view, if vBulletin does that.

Already looked into it. vBulletin plugins do allow it.

Could be some work on Tyler's part, though.

vBulliten can do gender.

If we impliment it. It should be optional. For the privacy reason.
