It's not like I'm going to ban people for not following those rules. The main reason those rules were put into place is because it seems some people can't help but make 50 posts a minute in the 4 clans they reside in which leads to some of the most spam-worthy conversations seen.

If there were to, say, be less of this, then it wouldn't be a big deal. But there isn't. And for the most part I just let it go because people stopped listening within a week anyway.

I ask since I don't want you thinking I didn't read that and I wouldn't apply it. It's just that for 95% of the members need to post there for some reason...So I thought maybe if it was Clans instead of Clan Recruiting that rule would be nullified. But definitely, the social groups are really ignored. So, is it Okay to use clan recruting for discussions? Because if not, I'll stop my Clan for posting there and make social group, but I'd lose like 50% of members. Since they'll think it is DEAD. :/

Nullification of the rule won't stop the spam.

That's the core problem here, not that friendly and competitive competition is wrong, but, like Rokrin said, spam is BAD.

I still don't have a clear idea of spam. But does spamming count if we are talking about clan things? I understand if we start talking about color of teeth, or any off subject thing. But letting Clan Recruiting Sub-Forum as merely recruiting would kill the whole idea. Although, that rule hasn't been really enforced. So...Mainly, I just don't to look as the bad guy. I want my clan to look clean. As my forum of Clan Recruiting.

For instance:

Clan Member1: That was a good clan match yesterday, eh?
Clan Member2: Yes, it was. You did good.
Clan Member1: Thank you.
Clan Member2: I need practice with Ike.

Etc., etc.

Stuff like this, people need to use common sense and just avoid it.
