Sunshine was one of about 3 games that stood between every gamecube buyer and suicide. Its like finding one nugget of gold in an endless sea of diahrea (did I spell that right?).

But really, on that system there was Melee, Sunshine, and Wind Waker, Metroid Primes 1 and 2 (sorta), and absolutely nothing else. At all.

I put the ones that either I have never heard of or were made better on another system in bold.

I put the ones that I know sucked in red.

While the number 3 was obviously an exaggeration, there were very few worthwhile games on the gamecube. Most of its 3rd party games either a) Got made better for Xbox and PS2. b) Only got released on the gamecube, but they sucked. c) are so obscure that no one has heard of them.

While a lot of those are a matter of opinion, I hated Monkey Ball and F0GX. I also hated animal crossing, but if I bothered to mark it as such, I would then have to deal with 100 people who did like it coming here for no purpose but to argue with me.

anyways back on topic. on of the reasons i like sunshine was because of the dificulty. i enjoyed the game for a long time because it was harder.

you know what i mean, on a game when you are stuck, like proper stuck...


and youve tried everything, and your annoyed so much that when your Mum comes into the room you get so annyoed and you feel the rage and then your like ARGH god dammit it was all your fault ...

Well, I say "proper" stuck is when it is actually something meant to be puzzling and dificult yet reasonable that gets you stuck.

If a level is too hard, I will admit defeat.

If a puzzle in zelda is too hard, then I am stuck "properly".

If I am stuck for 4 hours in Sukiden 4 because I haven't taken part in a random sequence of events that has nothing to do with what I am doing, nor is it hinted at during any time that I am to go to some obscure island for no reason, then I get pissed. I hate getting THAT kind of stuck, which is not the proper kind of stuck at all.
