FYI, to the people passing around the SS of a guy in recon on xbl, just stop. Your not getting "teh reconz",its a prank. Bungie is only giving it out to machicinima winners.

not just machinima winners. if you do something never done before, you get it. or if you get to lvl 50 in a ranked weekend only playlist.
for example:
if you get a 50 in Legendary Brawl, you will probably get Recon. But only the first person, probably.
