Halo 3 Question
Ok today I bought hubby a headset and one for me too whilst we play live. I need to know when I play as a guest on matchmaker, am I supposed to be able to talk to people? Or is my mic off? Also am I supposed to hear them through the headset or the tv? If it's the headset mine mustn't be working as they shout through my tv speakers. Is there anyway I can turn people off so my children can watch or is it just turning the tv down? Your help would be greatly recieved, thanx.

Guests are unable to use mics. Only the person using the main account can use a mic. And you can mute people. Just select their name in the pre-game lobby. It should bring up a list of actions along with their exp stats and such. At the bottom is the word mute. Select it and they will be muted.
I believe there is another option somewhere that will only allow what the other people say to come through the headset. Shouldn't be hard to find. |
