Well we have lost two people now. Now if everyone shows up we will only have ten and I can not remeber the last time everyone showed up. As long as we can have around 8 to 10 people a race its not to bad.

Where has kickasz23 and Mr Crown Vic been. I have not heard about them droping out, has anyone else?

Ok, we're losing people fast! Just when we were starting to have fun.
I thought TFWM told me he was dropping out, No more johanna or scarlet and kickasz and vic pulling no-shows puts us down 5, at my count and where the hell was ferret last night?

Attendance is becoming a problem!!

I agree. It would be nice to hear from some of the no shows. I am sure that ferret will show back up he must be busy. However some of the others its been a long time since we have heard from them.

Of course it is a little late to replace them now, the tourment is over half way over

Well I don't really understand the problem either guys. I was pretty clear about what was expected of those who signed up. I've given plenty of leeway by allowing two weeks to be missed. Johanna will be racing from here on out I believe so dont worry about her.

Keep in mind that this is the 1st ever Mario Kart League and some of these dissapointments are expected. When this one is over I will be sending a survey to help make season 2 refined and much better.

Sounds great to me. Do you think that, at some point, you will hold another tournment for mario kart that you do not have to use the wii wheel, like this one.

I know the next one you are doing the wii wheel only, that is why I was asking. See you guys tuesday

Yeah, I was trying to think up another fun league and was thinking about the following parameters:

Standard Kart League:

Everyone MUST use the standard kart for their weight class, no other vehicles allowed.

Automatic Transmission Only.

The point of this league is to be the most fair and ballenced while still allowing both wiiwheel and analog stick players to race together.

What do you think? If you like this one more than the Golden LEague I would probably use this one for the VIP League.

The standard league is a good idea, because I am sure that a lot of people would join that one who didnt thing that they had a shot in this one.

However I like the tournment you set up this time. This is by far the best Mario Kart tournment I have been in. If you do choose to do another one with the same rules as this one, you can count me in. I know that it can be hard to run a tournment by yourself, but if you set up another one like this you can always count on me to be there to help you out if you need it. things come up and its nice to have some back up.

The next tournment there should be a way to weed out the people who are not going to show up before the tournment starts. Maybe look at how many post they have or see if they showed up in other tournments that they were in and so on.

I love the point system and the rules that you set up for this one, I just wish people would of stuck to there word about showing up. Of course that shows good trust on your part, because you gave everyone a shot and that was a cool thing to do, at least in my book it is

Just an idea is that we should take the remaining players, by my count there are 8 players, and form teams using the points system, ie. 1st, 8th, 3rd, 6th vs. 2nd, 7th, 4th, 5th or something like that. keeping track of points for the team and individual and play out the remaining weeks. Just an idea to change things up. kinda like nascar's chase for the cup.

What do you think? Crazy? Maybe, but it just might work.

That sounds a little too complicated. And with our attendance problems this is a real bad idea! I vote against it.
