Official MK Wii League Season 2 Thread

Welcome to Season 2. Season 1 was a great success and I'm ready for season 2. Opening night will be Monday 9/15/2008 at 8:00 pm EST. So far I have the following Wiispacers signed up:

This league will consist of 8 weeks of play on Monday nights at 8:00pm EST.

The first race will begin at 8:10 pm EST

Each week will consist of 4 cups and courses must be voted on in the correct order. The order can be found on the main spreadsheet below.

At the end of the 16 races your 4 scores will be totaled to determine your ranking for the week. Points are awarded according to how you placed for the week.

Everyone will get to drop their lowest score, this allows you to miss 1 week for whatever reason.

You cannot drop week 8 (Championship Week)

Beginner League Rules
WiiWheel Must be used

Standard Kart must be used for your weight class (That's the kart that looks like a normal go-kart

You must use automatic transmission.

This League is limited to the first 12 Wiispacers to sign up. Please check your personal schedule and make sure you can be present on Mondays at 8:00 EST for at least 7 of the 8 weeks.

New to season 2 is the introduction of the Circuit winner bonus. Each week their will be a bonus league point awarded to the winner of each circuit. That's 4 bonus points total up for grabs that go straight into your league standings total! This should add some excitement to each circuit.

3. Commit to checking this thread at least 3 out of 7 days.

i do not care what people say about the rules of this league. it takes skill to win playing on a completely fair field. the only way to win is if you either get lucky or are skilled in mario kart

now everyone remember even if all 12 slots are filled there is still a chance you can join in. its not finalized intill everyone on the list as agreed to the front page.

if one or 2 has not and the due date for what wii 4 pii planned has passed then they are out of the league to allow other players who wanted to but missed the signup to join

wii_4_pii do you still have my FC from the last league?
right now i am unable to get anything from my wii because i just noticed i forgot my only 2 wiimotes at my brothers house along with my mkwii game.

i will have it before the starting date so thats one thing we do not have to worry about lol
