I heard it will have similar control schemes to Brawl: Wii Controller by itself (Wii Wheel), Classic, and Gamecube....MAYBE Wiimote + Nunchuk. Don't take my word for it though; I might be wrong.

And trust me, Mario Kart Wii won't be laggy AT ALL. Mario Kart DS had virtually no lag, so I don't think Mario Kart Wii will have any either. I don't think a racing game could have more lag than a fast-reflexed fighting game. When is it coming out in the U.S. again?

I'm not sure about the other three, but the Wiimote + Nunchuk is confirmed.

There probably will be some lag, but not quite as bad as Brawl. I may be wrong, though.

Well I know for a fact that Wii Wheel comes with MKWii. Saw it on Youtube in a Nintendo E3 (or something else) video. However, for the Gamecube controller, I've heard from various video game magazine and sites that it's in. And for the Classic, I just assumed it'll be in =/.


I don't think it could be anywhere as laggy as Brawl is. I don't even know how a racing game could be laggy o.O, but I'm only making my assumptions off of Mario Kart DS though, because that was virtually lagless.

Ever seen a car teleport? That's how racing games lag. I hope not though since DS was so lagless.

I have loads of online games and have had no problem at all with lag.

i was playing agaist the french and japanese today- i must say i represented England pretty well. Anywho - theres a 5 second tops connecting before people select courses, and a 5 second connecting right before the race starts (so Lakuita is down but the lights haven't started.) And theres no lag in race AT ALL

:P. Well then they probably won't have Classic because the GC would equal Classic in this case. I'm interested in playing with the Wii Wheel .

Well, I haven't played much racing games besides Mario Kart. And I haven't really played much Mario Kart online....so yeah, I've never lagged on Mario Kart DS. Mario Kart DS was so lagless it was godly.

It's out in Europe, it comes out next week (24th) in North America.

My room mate reserved a copy, so I'll end up playing it. Probably with my old PS2 racing wheel that conveniently plugs into Xbox and GCN ports as well. =p
