how do i unlock my mii as a racing character

I wanna race with my wii i thought i just had to beat the special cup in 100cc but i still haven't unlocked it

mii outfit A is 1st place in 100cc special cup and mii outfit B you have to unlock all fast staff ghosts in time trials there might be a mii outfit C but its not confirmed yet
