Wtf?!?!?!
i got a blue shell while i was in first jsut a few minutes ago 0_0
and b4 looking i launched it. then .0000000000001 seocnds later im like oh $%&*  anyone els have this happen?

The only time I remember stuff like that happening was playing the N64 version. So you shot yourself?

I did, but I had a star power so I used it to suicide bomb my brother when he took the lead with Toad's Super Mushroom in Double Dash.

today not to me but to my friend i just taught her how to play and we was at moo moo meadows i think it was because there was only two of us and when she got the item box she was behind me thenshe got in front she threw it boom.

yea i have this happen to me every now and then where you kinda get a bad start, youre like 6th, get a blue shell only to end up being back in the front again. its just as good if not better than a banana or shell though because if someone hits you to take 1st you can just blue shell them XP

I had it spin to me as I was sliding past guys when another blue bomb went off in front of me. It was the last lap on N64 Mario's Raceway as I was coming out of the tunnel. I just held it to the finish line.

lol yah i did it a couple times before not realising i passed everyone...
but anyways the games program to hunt down the person in 1st place whether or not the 1st person threw it
