Professory Latyon and The Curious Village

Professor Layton and the Curious Village is one amazing game. The game delivers on everything you could possible want a game to deliver on.

First off the game has a great storyline that keeps you guessing all the way through until the end. Once you think you figured out the Golden Apple puzzle you probably haven't. The game takes place in a town called St. Mystere. You where called to come to the town by Lady Dahlia to figure out her late husband's will.

The game play is puzzles, all different kind of puzzles ranging from math to trying to figure out how to cut something into equal pieces. You move around the town by taping a shoe in the bottom right hand corner. This brings up arrows or a pointing hand and you click on either of those to go your desired location.

The art of the game is amazing. It is like you are playing through a extremely long cartoon movie. Each character in the game is totally different looking from one another also and each one has their own unique puzzle to offer you.

After playing this game I must say if you haven't played this game yet you definitely should. It is one amazing game that offers up something new to gaming. This is personally my favorite game on the DS so far in the DS lifetime. I don't think anything could be done to this game to make it better can't wait for the sequel.

As some of you know I've been avidly campaining this game, so obviously I would have to agree with the review as well as it being my favorite game on the DS. There are already three of these games out in Japan, so a sequal is guaranteed (as long as enough of you buy the darn thing!).

Quick Fact: Every sunday there is a new FREE downloadable puzzle with this game! I mean, wow, DLC for the DS! To date there are 5 available, which you can download all at once if you were to buy the game now or later, so you don't miss out.

I really enjoy this game and would have to say it's one of my favourites. I completely agree with your review 100 percent.
