Bioshock
![]() Bioshock is a gaming masterpiece at the fullest extent. This game is perfect on all levels that a game needs to be good at, it has perfect controls, lighting and texture, story, and is scary and fun at the same time. First off the controls, I really can't stress enough how good they are. 2K must have spent a lot of time with a 360 controller in their hands. Each stick makes moves perfectly they way you want the to without any lag between thumb movement and movement on screen. The controlling the plasmids with the left trigger and controlling the weapons with the right trigger are a great way to run through the game. Being able to switch on the fly with the RB or LB button your Plasmid or Weapon is great option also. Next the lighting and texture in the game is awesome. I am not really a person that stresses on graphics usually, but this game is as perfect as I have ever seen graphics wise. The lighting adds to the atmosphere so much. It pretty much sets up if a part is going to be scary, be easy, or if that part is going to be tough. This is by far my favorite graphics in a game. Story of Bioshock is well something I personally have never seen or heard before in a game. You crash land in the middle of the ocean and swim over to a random staircase in the ocean. Then you enter a sub like structure that takes you down in the city of Rapture. This is where the story takes place a person named Atlas talks to you on a radio and guides you from when you first get to rapture until the game ends. You are told that you should stop Andrew Ryan by Atlas and from there the game progress forward through getting closer to Ryan. The game can be super surprising at times and others just extremely fun way to pass time. This game has so much extra stuff to help push the story along by trying to find all the voice recordings of all the people around Rapture. It can be surprising can a splicer can come up crawling overtop of you without you noticing it. Always just walking around a corner and finding a big daddy is scary enough. Overall Bioshock is one of the greatest games ever made. If you play through once you'll want to play through again. I highly recommend this game to any gamer, even if you don't like FP games this game might change your mind on the genre. 10/10
