I think the reason why some people may of had a problem playing it was because its a dual layer disk. You actually have to do a system update before playing the game (even if your system is up to date it downloads something). This of course breaks hackers wii which is one reason why the Big N did this. But I guess it may be hurting other wiis as well.

You know what I wish...I wish that they would just release a little movie with all off the CG from the game. I really enjoyed the story and loved learning about Samus past but I just dont think I can stand to play the whole game. Makes me mad because I normally never give up on games but Im just not having any fun at all playing this one. Its more like work, lol.

So just spent a few hours playing Other M........i am very disappointed. First things first, the game looks amazing. When I popped it in, i almost forgot that i was playing a wii game (wii games have been starting to look good but this one goes over the top good....and im not going to lie Samus was looking good too ^_^)

The story telling was kind of fun as well, I like all the movie moments. however that is where the fun stopped for me. The controls are so annoying at the start I think I would rip my hair out by the end of the game if i kept playing.

Switching the wii remote back and forth in your hand from pointing at the screen to playing sideways works well for the first 20 minutes or so. When you get into your first boss fight when you have to do it perfectly, yeah you will be done with it too.

The controls just destroyed the whole game. Instead of trying to make it 3rd person, first person, side scrolling and everything in between they should of just made a nice looking side scrolling Metriod that used the classic controller. I hate playing with just the wii remote. That goes double for games that let your walk in 3D worlds. I wanted an analog stick, is that so much to ask for.

Sorry but I had to vent to someone. I could go on and on about the things that made me mad about this game but I wont. If i was you i would think about renting it before buying it...

Oh so you already have played some Fragile. I saw a used copy at my local gamestop for $35. I was going to get it but I had so many other games I was picking up I didnt (now i could kick myself).

The thing i love about the game (as i have already said) is the soundtrack. Cant get enough of it. When I first preorderd the game I got the soundtrack that came with it. Never really listen to it, but after I beat the game for the first time, I fell in love with the ending song. Mostly because it is just a very moving finish and the song seems to fit perfectly. You go on a journey with this guy and by the end you kind of feel for him.

Anyways I hope you find it, and good look on Arc Rise. Try not to get too upset with the game. Its a hard game and a few times I cam close to throwing my classic controller against the TV. Good thing I have a little self control lol.

Yeah I will let you know Other M is. I was not sure if I wanted it either but I figured i would give it a shot. Also I have played Fragile Dreams, in fact I am in the process of trying to find it again (because i traded it in). Just so you know, the controls are a bit off on the game. If you can get past that it is one of the best looking wii games you will play. The story is moving and kind of creepy all at the same time. Amazing soundtrack and it will be a rare game on the wii. IF you do get it, plan on holding on to it. They didnt make many and its something special. However, like me, you may not notice how special it is until after you finish and you reflect on it.

Anyways i remember that boss you are fighting. He took by by shock as well. I so was not ready and got owned right in the face. I was not even fully healed. I was walking and i was like, oh.............a boss. Then boom! I was dead. Then I was like not again.......Boom! i died again. But I got him on my third attempt LOL.

No worries, you have to trade in what you got to trade in. But i am not going to remove you from my list on there. I like having you on there, ill just make a note to myself that you wont be playing the game anymore lol.

I still have Tri but i just have not been getting on. I have been playing Arc Rise and now Metriod other M comes out on Tuesday and I got that preordered. After beating the last online boss on Tri i just lost a lot of interested. But im holding on to the game for now so maybe ill stick it back in before too long.

Kooru and I have been brushing up on our CoD skills. So i do spend a bit of time on that game. If I like Black Ops then I will be treading in Reflex too.

Lol well im gald you like the story. I just beat the game yesterday. I put about 90 hours into it. However keep in mind that i did do every side quest but one. Little heads up, one of the side bosses i could NOT beat. I must of tried some 30 times (no joking). Finally I just said forget it and went to fight the last boss. I was able to beat him but just fair warning, watch out for those optional bosses, lol, they are a killer X_X

It kind of makes me mad. I have never not been able to beat an optional boss. This is the first game that I was not able to. But over all, it kind of makes me happy as well. I like seeing the hardness of a game turned up. It reminds me of the older games and how unforgiving they are.

Yeah it's still a toss up but when it comes out I'll have it all figured out..Plus the Wii always poses a problem for me..Buying a perepheral just to used on one game..I kinda can't stand that but who knows maybe maybe not.

Wow nice recap! I remember just where you are now. Yeah you ran into one of the first big shockers. I remember that part of the story when you learn about Alf. Story really does keep getting better from here (at least for me it did).

Your a good ways in, but you got a long way to go lol. How do you like it so far?

yep yep, i love this story. Just so i know, whats a little re cap of what just happened (this way I know what pointed your at). So much has happened in this story it takes just a little bit to refresh. Whos in your party right now?

Hey Air, you know how you add pictures to your post, like on the monster hunter group you added pictures of the weapons. How did you do that. I cant seem to get the picture to show up in my post, just a link...
