As far as I know, Arceus was released at Toys R Us, but nowhere else. It's impossible to get him in game right now, the event item hasn't even been released in Japan. TRU is the Toys R Us trainer

Haha, yeah. I wasn't expecting anything special out of Michigan state. I was sort of laughing at the commentators talking about Mike Leech 90% of the time throughout the entire game. I'm still wondering why the hell was Michigan States back up quaterback playing as a receiver.
