I think the games that drop in price are the ones with no multiplayer/xblox live action. Just the single player campain type games seem to drop in price. Mass Effect dropped, I don't think that has online play.
Games like Halo, CoD (although that dropped too), and GoW have pretty good replay value that can last a long time, so they can probably keep the price up. CoD probably drops quicker because it's like a sports game and has yearly releases.
