Another 360 Price Drop?

So I was browsing the web one day and came across this: Hard News 08/25/08 | ScrewAttack.com

Apparently as this video indicates there is a 360 price drop coming in September 7th and the drop is $50 on all the packages.

Is this true? Or is it a rumor?

EDIT: Watch towards the end of the video that's where they announce it.
