DS model: Original or Lite?

Which do you prefer? If you never got to use an original, which do you think you'd prefer?

I like the original more, it fits my hands better and is still definitely small enough for my pocket. Also I don't like the glossy easy-to-fingerprint stuff as with Lites and unfortunately every part of a Wii. Anyway, I think the original DS was just overall better, obviously minus the weaker brightness of screens and adjustability of it.

same here my ds broke and i was about to get a lite but it caost to much for a used one but i got a regular one.

I think lites are better cause they're smaller and sleeker looking. With the original it was a pain just to play it let alone lug it around. The original can use alot of cheating/ROM things while the lite cannot.

My DS fat (original) hinge broke so I literally had two seperate screens I was forced to buy a DS lite and I think the lite is far better for its better coloring, lighting, and overall style. Another thing is that I think that the battery life is a little bit better on the lite. Not to say the DS fat was a bad system. Heck my DS fat lasted me a good 3-4 years

I like the lites better. I have the crimson and black, which has a matte finish on the black parts. It is a little easier to grip and no finger prints. I also like the bigger stylus.

I personally enjoy the lite way more then the original DS. I love my lite!

i have the lite and i think the lite is better because it is a upgrade to the old one and has a little more features.

i have to say that i like the lites better because of the better lighting and how it is much smaller, but i do like how the regular one doesnt have jagged edges that are a pain when you are playing ninja gaiden. I hope that Nintendo's next handheld will be mor of an elliptacal shape like Sony's PSP because it fits your hands better.

Another thing I forgot to mention was that I think that the hinge on the lite is far more better because it is one bar spanning across the system whereas the DS fat's was divided into sections and didn't span across the whole system. Darn you physics for breaking my DS! lol.
